Better World
We create with the belief that fashion should heal, not harm. Every decision—from choosing natural fabrics to using low-impact dyes—is guided by our commitment to nurture both people and the planet. This philosophy defines who we are: not just creators of garments, but contributors to a more mindful and sustainable world through fashion.
Upcycling Waste
“Off the 100 billion garments produced each year, 92 million tons end up in landfills.” (Igini, M. (2024, May 30). 10 Concerning Fast Fashion Waste Statistics. Earth.Org. https://earth.org/statistics-about-fast-fashion-waste/). With each garment we make, we divert them from ending up in landfills by giving them a new life in our designs. Garment waste is reclaimed and re-used as plackets, embroidery, cords, frills and trims in our designs. We are constantly on the lookout for incorporating garment by-products in more creative ways in order to keep them in circulation.
Sustainable Fabrics
Our fabrics are derived from exotic natural materials like organic Eucalyptus, Lotus and Oranges. These fabrics go through rigorous trademarked processes that minimize the harmful impact on nature. All this comes with the added benefit of it being very good for the skin of the wearer. For what good is a second skin if it isn’t caring for you? Our fabrics are certified under internationally recognized quality regulators, ensuring minimal environmental impact and fair practices in the production cycle of the fabric.
Natural / Azo Free Dyeing
Most chemically derived dyes end up in water bodies with devastating effects on their flora and fauna, and the various vulnerable communities who depend on them. Through the wonder of the natural cycle, it’s not hard to see traces of it in our own agricultural and meat products. We can’t be trading health for convenience, now can we? This is where we collaborate with our very passionate natural dye artist and sustainability promoters to go through extensive research and development to fulfil our dyeing needs. Where it’s not possible, we incorporate Azo-Free dyeing which is devoid of harmful substances present in regular chemical dyes such as aromatic amines, which are potentially carcinogenic.
